PIKEI – New Technologies is a software company funded in Patras, Greece, active on cutting edge ICT technologies including IoT, cloud services and modern integration techniques within the tourism, cultural sectors in the Mediterranean. Special focus is given on accelerating SaaS delivery, based on CI/CD principles and by following best practices of the Anything as a Service (XaaS) model, towards service quality improvement. The company is already involved in important research and development projects both at national and European level. Team members are experienced Electrical and Computer Engineers with significant experience in project implementation and delivery. One of PIKEI’s products, namely TravelBucket, targets the Tourism sector and specifically Tourism and Digital Culture with the aim to provide improved tourism and cultural services to coastal and maritime tourism, within the Blue Economy sector in the Mediterranean, by focusing on the following pillars:

• catalogue of the tourism package (such as POIs, events, tourism activities)

• catalogue of the cultural package (such as cultural activities and events, live shows)

• catalogue of the cultural heritage

TravelBucket is by design an enabling platform, an Integrated Ecosystem of Tourism and Culture, which allows to know, enhance, promote, spread knowledge, and improve the use of a territory and of the cultural and natural heritage. The platform itself represents the "technological access door" of the entire Ecosystem providing a single point of access for all actors, data, and procedures. The solution is powered by a multi-modal questionnaire correlated with an advanced data analytics module that elaborates acquired users/visitors experience and feedback towards SME competitiveness. The advanced tool for deep exploration and visualization of the acquired visitors’ responses can visualize any of the parameters used to monitor SME competitiveness versus any of the visitors’ profile characteristics in cultural, coastal and maritime tourism in the blue economy.
