Lake Lysimachia is located on the south side of Agrinio, in the prefecture of Aitoloakarnania. It has a total surface area of 13. 2 square kilometres, its perimeter is about 17 kilometres and its maximum depth is 9 metres. The waters of the lake have an outlet to Acheloos, through the Dimikos River, while it is a single ecosystem with Lake Trichonida. This point of interest is Plain and Rural. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is not accessible through public transport.
