Elekistra is a settlement located in the Prefecture of Achaia. It is built at the western foot of Mount Panachaikon at an altitude of 380 meters, borders the settlements of Karya, Romanos and Pournarokastro, while it is about 9 kilometers southeast of the center of Patras.
