Near the borders of the first Greek state between Amvrakikos-Pagasitikos, Syntekno, a group of great fighters, hosted the Forum of Local History to celebrate the 200th anniversary of our national polygenesis. Patiopoulo, formerly called Syntekno, was a strategic headquarters of the kleftarmatoli (thieves and militiamen) of the area.
The event was honored by the presence of the Mayor of the Historic Municipality of Georgios Karaiskakis of Arta, Periklis Migdos.
